Save Pop-up for Pipeline

Summary:

If any of the users mistakenly deleted something in the pipeline, it got saved automatically. Due to that change, pipeline integration got failed. To avoid this kind of scenario, it's better to have a pop-up window whenever we are changing and saving something in the pipeline.
