Timecard Format issue for one of the employee

Summary:

I have a scenario where the employee is supposed to fill the weekly time card for the period 6/23 to 6/29 which is one week and time card should be in below format

Current Behavior


Only for that Particular week the issue is being noticed but for previous and next weeks the issue is not available.

Can anyone please provide an solution or an workaround to solve this error in time card format.
