Work shifts with breaks does not reflect correct hours in Time-card

Summary:

We have a requirement to include meal breaks in work shifts. To address this, we have created work shifts/patterns using the “Workforce Scheduling” module. When we submit an absence, the hours are reflected correctly, including the meal break. However, when we create a time-card, the hours reflected exclude the meal breaks.

Example :

Absence records : 8:30 AM to 5 PM = 7.5 hours including 1-hour Meal Break

Time-Card : 8:30 AM to 5 PM = 8.5 hours

We require that absence hours include the meal breaks in time cards as well.
