Is it possible to disable the function "Incomplete" in AR transaction?

We have some users how has not the possibility to make changes in a transaction, can we create a custom role, for example a copy of Account Receivables Manager and delete a privilege? but, which privilege we need to delete to inhibit the "incomplete" action?
