"Type" section in Manage Billing Cycles

Summary:

In the Billing Cycle section of PPM (Project), in the "type" picklist I would like to understand which of the available options, see screenshot, comes closest to the need to invoice quarterly on the last day of the month, considering that some months have 31/30/29/28 days.
