Responsive UI Time Totals Drawer (View Time Totals)

In the Responsive UI timecard, there is a "View Time Totals" (I believe Oracle calls it the Time Totals Drawer) where when you click on it, it gives a breakdown of your hours and in our case shows the total Reported Hours. Some people receive an error that says "Error response during RestAction", while others can see the Time Totals.

With the help of Oracle, we've narrowed it down to the Worker Time Entry Profiles and Worker Time Processing Profiles. Basically one of our time profiles allows the Time Totals to be displayed and others do not. For instance, with me, I show an error when viewing Time Totals but once I add the Nonexempt (that is the working profile) to my setup, I no longer receive the error. Once I remove it, I receive the error, so I know it's not a role issue. Just to be sure, I removed all roles from a person who did not have
