Fusion deployed VBCS page showing 403 forbidden

Summary:
VBCS page deployed on fusion is throwing "HTTP error status: 403 Forbidden" while trying to load the page.
Same is working from VBCS application as expected but not from fusion.
I dont see any miss in IDCS roles too. Can someone guide if there is any aspect which can result in this issue?
