Error while adding only certain employees as 'Incident Event Owner'

Hi Experts!,

We are encountering an issue when adding certain employees as 'Incident Event Owner' under Health and Safety Incidents. And the same issue follows disregard of the event type that we are choosing.

Does anybody have faced similar issue? Is it because of the roles or do we need to run any processes or enable any profile options to achieve this? Please share your thoughts! Have a great day!
