OLC: How to hide the context segment in redwood

Hello,

We are soon moving to 24B and we want to hide or make fields mandatory in Redwood.

  1. make ‘Context Segment' field invisible for ‘Request Noncatalog Training’ and ‘Record External Learning’.
  2. make the field ‘Actual Effort’ mandatory when Recording External Learning.

Can you provide me the step to hide this field in VBS, please?
