Comments added to the task are not visible in Task Manager reports

Users have provided answers to the mandatory task with questions assigned to them and they have submitted the tasks.

When we generate Task Comments report under Task Manager Reports, we do not see anything. PDF file says it is corrupted and CSV file says zero size of the file.

Is there any way we make this report work/may be I am missing something?
