How to change Email Address for Job invite with respect to Test instance or Dev Instance

Summary:

Hi I am Testing a candidate in Dev instance where when I add him as a prospect, a notification triggers to person Email for applying to that job. When I check the email address for it, it is same as that in Production. I want to change the email address for it. How can I do it?

The system should behave in such a way that If i trigger job application mail from Dev instance, the mail address should have 'Dev' in it, in the same way 'Test' when I trigger notification from Test instance.
