New RTF Layout Not Reflecting in BIP Report

Hi Everyone,

We're encountering an issue in the lower instance of our BIP Report where we upload new layout of a seeded report in the Custom folder. Last week, it was working fine, however, this week, when we updated the layout, the new layout is not reflecting in the report - it is fetching the old layout uploaded last week.

I uploaded a new layout earlier this day, after testing, the new layout reflected. Then, I uploaded a new one again, then the new one didn't reflect. Here are the things we did in our instance:

  1. Clear BIP cache
  2. Check the configurations
