Allocation percentage for resources in the project

Hi everyone,

We're looking to gather details on project resources, specifically allocation percentages. It's important that these resources are currently assigned, haven't left the organization, and have assignments extending beyond today's date.

We've identified the allocation percentage in a specific subject area, but access to this data is restricted to project managers only, as shown in the screenshot below.

Could someone please advise where we can locate the allocation percentage for active resources in the OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports?
