Default MFA Security for Identity Domains My Profile and My Apps

Hello,
we received the email(Planned Change : Oracle Identity Cloud for our client ) about the MFA setup.


We need to understand well:

  1. what is the procedure to understand the date on which it will be activated (e.g. is it necessary to open an oracle sr?)
  2. whether it impacts access to the pbcs and eprcs application for all users, or whether it impacts only administrators' access to myservice or admin console.
    Could you provide us with some more details to understand if a new access procedure needs to be communicated to the customer?
