After delegation, the delegated person is unable to view delegator's direct reports

Hello experts,

I'm getting issues for this Roles and Delegations feature. Me, as the delegated person, I'm unable to see the delegator's direct reports and I cannot take any action on their performance documents when clicking on My Team > Performance.

Any suggestion on what should I investigate on?
