Passing arguments to attached report for Document of Record (DOR)

We have a Document of Record type for "Salary Certificate". In the DOR setup we put a report path which we need its PDF output to be appearing in the document record notification as attachment. It worked successfully but the report output was for all employees, so the issue is that we need to pass arguments for that report according to our DOR data. Is that possible and how we can do it?
