Attachments - Deeplink in OTBI

Hi,

Is it possible to have a deep link for attachments in OTBI so that the person accessing the report can view the respective attachments, such as PDFs, highlighted in yellow?
Additionally, if the user does not have access to view the attachments in the frontend, can they still view the attachments via a report?
