How to add .ics file to Learn Calendar notifications in the bell worklist

Hi, I would like to find out how to add the 'calendar invite' to a notification received via bell notification. I am not too sure whether the calendar attachment should of been embedded in the notification. Currently we aren't sure if this is the standard function in Fusion Learn. We can see currently that learners can download the invite via ESS - > Enrollment screen and subsequent reminder notifications.
