Microsoft Logic Apps SOAP BIP Call timing out??

Hi Guys

We are calling a BIP report via SOAP from a Logic App workflow and just for one account balances report it is regularly timing out at 20mins. 😥

When we run the same report through the Oracle BIP front end it consistently takes a couple of minutes.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this please and how we resolve it?
