Lease Transactions Approval and Import Approvals Preference

In our customer scenario all leases will be interfaced into Lease Accounting Module using FBDI. We want to understand if "Lease Transactions Approval" is set to "Enabled" and "Import Approvals Preference" is set to "Auto Approve all Leases", approvals will be applicable ONLY to all lease actions viz., Creation/Amendment/Termination which are done from Oracle Lease Accounting UI. This approval will not be applicable for Leases created/amended/terminated using FBDI. Please clarify the functionality.

Also confirm it is only Supervisory Rule that is available currently and we cannot define a rule to send approval to specific person? If it can be sent to specific person please share the document to configure the same.
