How to delete the loaded dat file?

I have loaded a DFF with wrong effective date, how can I change the effective date?

I tried with Replacing Merge with Delete but got this error

You supplied a DELETE instruction for the object component Assignment, which can't be deleted.

My DAT file:

SET PURGE_FUTURE_CHANGES N
