How to Include the Terms and Conditions as a Part of External Supplier Registration

We have requirement, to include the Terms and Conditions as a part of the Supplier Registration process.

Registration should not be completed until the Supplier Accepts the Terms and Condition.

Let us know if there is any standard configuration available for the same in Procurement/Self Service Procurement/Supplier Portal.
