How to limit user cannot enter the time card by period end date

Hi All,

I have such case: I don't want user to enter time card which period type end date is 10 days ago.

For example: Today is 8/Jul, then user cannot enter time card which period end date before 28/Jun.

So, dates form the week 23/Jun(start date) to 29/Jun(stop date) cannot entered.

May I know how to achieve it ?
