Customer needs to audit and track login/logout/password change details information

There is a need from customer to track detail audit info about below features from Oracle HCM system :

• Add or remove roles, user-role changes
• System login / logout information (especially like IP address information of the user login the system)
• All change details on the user account such as user account creation / deletion / update
• Password changes (changed by who, when...)

In Oracle Audit mechanizm is there a way to provide these audit information?

Customer wants to get and move this information to the 3rd party Log Management system, which they are using that for all of their ongoing applications usage.

Any ideas for delivering a solution this subject?
