VBCS Published changes are not visible In Redwood page

Hi,
We have published the customizations from VBCS for the changes extracted using the Redwood Helper tool for the Change Assignment page. After verifying the customizations under Fields and Regions with the output file from the Redwood Helper tool, we proceeded to publish. However, the changes are still not visible even after publishing.
we have customizations for two countries in TDS and PC extracted from Redwood Helper tool, Please find the below screenshots for reference. Also attached the extension file, VBCS screenshots taken while publishing them.
