Min-Max report not picking up demand in a specific date range

Summary:

As per the user guide and support note(2375748.1), Demand Cutoff date and Demand Offset date combination can be used to fetch the demand for a specific date range.

Ex: Demand cut off date is: Jul 05
Current system date is: Jul 08
Demand cutoff offset date is: 1
Then the min max will be run for all demand between Jul 05 to Jul 07 (08 -1).

When I tried performing a similar action, all the demand that is due before the revised cutoff date(Cutoff date + offset) is appearing in the report instead of 5th to 7th
