Proactive pops up when conditional chat is ongoing/active.
I have configured both syndicated conditional and proactive chat on my page using Engagement Engine. My configuration is in such a way that conditional chat stays as a sticky link on the page always but proactive chat pops up after a 2 mins delay. When I initiate chat from the conditional chat and when the chat is ongoing/active, the proactive chat still pops up after 2 mins. This doesn't seems to be a good CX. The proactive chat should not pop up when there is already a chat going on.
Could you please help how this can be achieved?
