Does interorg transfer between two differeny business units create itercompany journals?

Hello,

I have a question please.

I have only one legal enttity, one GL but different business units. I have the first segment of the GL for the company segment or the business unit.

When I transfer material between these business units, interorg journals are created but no intercompany journlas ar created, is it normal? or something missing in the setup and intercompany journals should be created?
