Unable to access Manage Expense Approval Rules

Navigator>>My Enterprise>>Setup and Maintenance>>Setup drop-down>> Financials>>Expenses>>Manage Expense Approval Rules link - After clicking on the link, BPM page opens in another tab and there is no access/data in the page.

Kindly do help if someone has come across

the same. It would be helpful.
