VB Studio - Defaulting rule not working for Change Assignment

Summary:

We have created the attached Defaulting rule for change assignment in the VB Studio, however the same throwing intended result. The assignment screen turns blank, whenever we add the child conditions (Condition 2 and 3) mentioned in the attached document.

Can someone review and confirm, if I am doing something wrong.
