Update contact start date by HDL

Summary:

Is it possible to edit the start date of a contact using an HDL?

I need to update start date's of existing contact entries through HDL so which business objects i can use to do so and how?

I can do it through WorkRelationship but only for employees, but since the contacts do not have the PeriodOfServiceId and LegalEntityId data, I cannot change it.

Correct example for employee:
