multiple suppression in EPM Freeform Reports

Summary:

We have a requirement to add multiple conditions to hide(Suppress) a section.
I am not able to select multiple Suppression conditions to hide this section.

We have 10 conditions to be defined and apply this 10 conditions on a section which has total 37 rows.

Please advise.
