Error-EPM to BIP report integration

Hi,

We are developing the EPM data management integration to pull ERP COA segments (metadata) to EPM through BIP report queries. The out of the box integration is failing due the following error ["DocumentContent"] is not a string .

Please note we have setup everything correctly as per the oracle documentation such as access, report path,parameter list and default output file format as .csv. But No luck!
No support content was found on this and appreciate your help.
