Do you need a lead time for scheduling a P2T refresh on the new Cloud Console?

With the new Refresh Fusion environments (self-service) in Oracle Cloud Console, is there a lead time required for scheduling a refresh date? i.e. If we want to schedule a refresh on a Tues, are we allowed to submit the request a day before?
