Restrict Home Page as per Roles

Summary:

The customer would want to restrict his Home Page (Blank Home Page) for Employee login. For Eg: When Employee Login he should be redirected to Fuse Home Page instead of regular Home Page (Blank Home Page) as the Customer want to showcase some Analytics on Home Page (Blank Home Page) for Line Manager & HR Specialist Role.

So he wants to customize the entire Home Page (Blank home page) and bypass this page for Employee Role.

Is this possible with EL Expression or VBCS?
