Workforce Structure: How to Debug Fast Formula utilized in a Progression Grade Ladder

We are currently looking for ways to modify one of the fast formulas used in Progression Grade Ladder. This is related to Grade Step Progression and the transaction date that the process is looking at.

When associates are rehired (with multiple assignments in history), the ESS job: Run Grade Step Progression is currently pulling the transaction date of the previous assignment (between E1234 and E1234-2, it is pulling details of E1234-2).

Upon checking the workforce structure setup for the grade ladder, it is using a custom formula. Our objective is to troubleshoot this formula; however, we are not able to locate it when running the process.
