Inventory Transactions for items defined in a Pack Heirarchy

We are able to create different pack sizes hierarchy to be stored in Items Packs. But we are unable to created Inventory transactions by by honoring the pack hierarchy. Example: If an Item is available in different packs such as Pallets, Boxes, Bag, they can be configured as separate items and pack hierarchy with UOM conversion can be defined. However, when we perform an Account Alias Receipt only for Pallet, it does not show on-hand quantity of Boxes & Bag. System should allow this since items are tied via pack hierarchy.

Similarly, if we have ordered by Pallet in Sales Order and shipped by Pallet, it should deplete inventory for the Pallet , Box & Bag since they are tied by pack hierarchy. Currently pack functionality only stores the hierarchy but does not allow any transactions based on it.
