Absence fast formula doesn't work

Summary:

I'm still learning about Fast Formulas so the question may be trivial but I cannot figure out why this simple condition doesn't work.

I made a fast formula for simple vacation calculation in hours. And it's haven't worked.

Then I made a formula to return a constant number to test the connectivity to absence plane and it failed.
I added screenshots from test server with test data.

I think in Absence of Santiago there is should be balance of 176 hours (it works with matrix)
