Primary Contact:Primary Address in HelpDesk Agent list page, refers to a Party object in TCA
Summary:
Primary Contact: Primary Address in HelpDesk Agent list page, refers to a Party object in TCA and doesnt have these information populated for Employees.
Only certain attributes like name, work email, work phone are synced from HCM to TCA.
Hence Primary Address and its corresponding Country wont be populated and wont work.
Currently the only solution is to create custom attribute in HelpDesk that stores primary Contact's country which can be populated by invoking HCM API to get employee country.
The idea above does not work for us as we have all our queue assignments based on Country so we would like for Country to be part of the sync from HCM to TCA.
