Looking to see if anyone knows what is causing transaction failures for Time Change Request Approval with Issue Type BPEL_TASK_30065 seen in Transaction Summary.

Issue Type = BPEL_TASK_30065

Task = TimeChangeRequestApproval

Rule Name = ChangeRequestApprovalRules

Issue Description = System fault encountered in Human Workflow.

Resolution = Contact Oracle Support with the diagnostic log message and request them to log a Collab-SR with Human Workflow team.
