Course with a future publish start date is visible in Specialization
Summary:
We have a Specialization that we add a new course to every year. In order to keep it "open" or from going to complete in a learner's transcripts, we have another course that they are not able to "action" on. I was just adding the course to the Specialization with a publish start date of 10/1/2024 (today is 7/9/2024) and as a learner I am able to see the new course in the Activities. It says publish 09.30.2022, which is the date the Specialization was created.
Is this the expected behavior that a learner should be able to see a course with a future publish end date in a Specialization
