SQL Execution Interface - Update Rights

Summary:

We just got 24B in our non-prod environment and we now get the "You do not have rights to access this resource." error when attempting updates via the "SQL Execution Interface". Select statements still work. Did something change in 24B to restrict this? I am not seeing any mention of this changing in the release notes or optional features but I may have missed it. FYI below is even happening for the DBA ADMIN user. I see we still have the SQL - Update ACL added to the roles that used to have this access.
