Hi 



In ConditionalChatLink syndicated widget, when we are out of business hours or no agents are connected, I want to show a survey to customers.



I was thinking to put an href on label_unavailable_hours parameter but I can see that it's not possible as it says here



I'm aware of the syndicated widget ProactiveSurveyLink but I dont know how to do that it interact with ConditionalChatLink widget. Or if I can hide the ConditionalChatLink and show in his place the ProactiveSurveyLink.



Any suggestions?
