Restricted access of Report on springboard by role

We have bring 10 reports on from Analytic page to Spring board tile, and restricted access using role, problem what we are facing is that let say we have 10 reports and all have restricted access from current user we can view only 4th and 8th report so it is coming on 4th and 8th position it should come at top 2 position as there is only 2 reports visible for this user.

It is coming like this whereas we are expecting all reports should come at top
