Can a standalone user schedule custom learning alert created using alert composer?
Summary:
Learning processes should be scheduled only by a user with a employee no associated with it and has Learning Admin Access as well. However wanted to know if the custom alerts created using the Alert Composer can be scheduled by a stand alone user without Learning Admin Access.
