Timecard entry from managers should be auto approved

Timecards from managers should get auto approved and timecards submitted by employees should have approval

We have a requirement in Payroll Time Card Approval transaction rule. If manager or submits any timecard on the behalf of the employee that should get auto approved. However, if employee submit any timecard it should go under approval.
