"Indian - Chinese" ethnicity for Singapore

Summary: We have received a request to add the "Indian-Chinese" as one of the ethnicity values for Singapore. The Singaporean government has legally allowed thier citizens to be identified with the said ethnicity ( ). Since the PER_ETHNICTY / ORA_PER_ETHNICITY lookups are oracle delivered and doesn't allow any modifications. Will the value be delivered as part of any upcoming release or is it part of roadmap?
