[URGENT] Please move all Always Free 21c instances to 23ai as soon as possible!

With the introduction and availability of Oracle’s latest database version, Oracle Database 23ai, in our Always Free tier, you can now migrate your Always Free 21c databases to 23ai and access its hundreds of new and great features. It is very important that you migrate all your existing 21c instances as soon as possible. We have provided a really easy process to help you move your schemas from your Always Free 21c database to an Always Free 23ai database. See here:

Please note that for a very short period we are allowing you to temporarily create a third database, as a 23ai instance, whilst you move your schemas and data from 21c to 23ai. The ability to create a third instance does assume that you have at least one 21c database in your tenancy!
