Display days of a week in order using rtf template

I have a rtf template which is using days of week to display receipt totals for each day for different entities

I am using pivot table to display data weekday vs entity format

Days of the week are coming in alphabetical order and i want it to be M, T, W, TH, F… sequence

How can this be achieved?

Please provide a workaround if any
