Add Timecard redwood page giving "Exception during RestAction"

Hi All,

We recently implemented Redwood for one of our dev environments, when we try to add a timecard "+" it throws an error "Exception During RestAction".As per Oracle suggestion we removed all the custom roles and tested with seeded employee and contingent worker role , but it still throws the same error.

Can anybody please let me know the cause of this error? I have tried adding different privileges to the user, but didn't get any luck yet.
